Shipping & returns

Lead times

Every piece is hand-finished to order in our Leicester workshop. Please allow up to [X] weeks from order confirmation to dispatch — we’ll be in touch by email with an estimated timeline for your specific piece.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Someone will need to be available to sign for larger items.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that period; you’ll then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Once we receive it back in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days.

Please take care when returning a piece — as each is a hand-finished, individually numbered item, we ask that it's returned in the same condition it arrived, with all original packaging.

Faults or damage in transit

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number and we’ll sort out a repair, replacement, or refund.
