When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and order details. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We do not collect or store your card details — payment is handled directly by Stripe.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfil your order, communicate with you about it, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Order and payment information is shared with Stripe (payment processing) and email confirmations are sent via Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your data.
Your cart
Items you add to your cart are stored in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers, until you check out.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to our legal obligation to retain order records for tax purposes. Contact us via the contact page to make a request.
