The Myrtle

This architecturally inspired design has been my longest project to date. I started the first Myrtle prototype — then called the Halo — before my eldest daughter was born, over seven years ago. I've hand-built more than twenty prototype variants of this light, and while the core design character has stayed consistent throughout its evolution, the fitting has gone from quite the ugly duckling to what I believe is an elegant and striking interior design statement. Producing this piece has been a marathon, not a sprint. I'm proud of what I've achieved, and believe I'll look back at the Myrtle as a milestone product in my career.
